1.How to make an order?
You would have to create an account with us first in order to make an order, all your past purchases and will be available for you to view as well.

2.Can I self collect the item?
Of course, our delivery service is complimentary though, but we always welcome clients to visit us to do self collection.

3.Is there GST charge?
Currently there are no extra charges, but there might be changes along the way, do check back whenever you need as we will update in our site.

5.Do you provide installation services?
We are specialized in dismantling but not the installation process, thus we work with responsible and committed garage partners to deliver the best experience for our clients. Do take a look at our recommended workshops for any services.

6.Can I pay only after item is delivered?
To confirm and allow the system to process the order, payment has to be made first.

7.What if my products are not delivered?
Please allow us some lead time to prepare and deliver the products, on average, products will usually be delivered on the same working day or latest by the next working day. In the event that there is a delay, our friendly customer service officers will contact you.

8.Are the products new?
We do sell a variety of products, we have brand new stocks, re-conditioned and pre-owned stocks.

9.How do I know if the product fits my car?
It would be difficult for you to determine, but we would be glad to assist you, do provide us with your vehicle VIN number and the item part number (if you can see) for us to assist you.

10.The item delivered does not look like what I have.
We provide visual images, product code, product name and typical fits for our products, if you have any doubts, please feel free to contact us before ordering. Please note that there will be a delivery/admin fee of SGD80.00 charged per incident of wrong order.
